3R Camera Service is proud to offer a lifetime warranty for all labor performed on cameras, lenses, shutters, parts and custom modification. This warranty will not cover physical damage, abuse, tampering, improper storage or sand/water exposure. Also this warranty will not cover parts or components outside the scope of work to the units serviced by 3R Camera Service.

A note to our clients:
There are special cases when lifetime warranty cannot be provided. Then a 6 months labor warranty will automatically take place. In this case, in order to satisfy our clients a warranty extension is available.
In case of malfunction of a serviced unit, please contact 3R Camera Service for a return authorization on a claim against this service warrantee. Once approved 3R Camera Service will provide for the shipping cost of your unit to and from our service facility along with the repair of your unit. Should your claim against our service warrantee be denied, 3R Camera Service will contact you to determine if you would like to have a diagnosis performed on your unit. Additionally, in this case you will be liable for shipping originally covered by 3R Camera Service.
